P maison = a+b+c
P terrain = ( πa)/2
P fleurie = ( πa)/2- (a+b+c)

P maison = 9+12+15  =36
P terrain = (9π)/2
P fleurie = 36-(9π)/2
               = 36-4,5π

1) Développer et réduire:

E= 16x²-25 - (x+2) (4x+5)
E= 16x²-25 - (4x² +5x + 8x +10)
E= 16x²-25 -4x²-13x-10
E= 12x² -13x -35

2) Factorisation:

E= 16x²-25 - (x+2) (4x+5)
E= (4x-5)(4x+5) - (x+2) (4x+5)
E= (4x+5) ( 4x-5 -x -2)
E= (4x+5) (3x -7)

3) Calcul pour x=7/3 puis x=√5

E= (4*7/3 +5) (3*7/3 -7)
E= (28/3 + 15/3) (7-7)
E=0

E= (4x+5) (3x-7)
E= (4√5 +5) (3√5 -7)
E= 60 -28√5 +15√5 -35
E= 25 -13√5
