Friend: Hello, well I’m not feeling really good, I had no sleep last night. I have insomnia.

You: Oh that’s terrible, you cannot stay like this you definitely should go see a doctor!

Friend: Are you sure about that?

You: Yes I’m sure, you’d better go to the doctor today.

Friend: Ok, thank you.

J’ai utilisé « should » pour l’expression d’un conseil. (You should go see a doctor)

J’ai fais un dialogue assez complet mais il y a toujours possibilité de le réduire ou au contraire de l’enrichir si besoin!
