My neighbour woke up at 7 yesterday and got up at 7:30.

She had a shower, brushed her teeth and got dressed.

She had breakfast with her husband and her children.  

After breakfast, she dropped the children off at school and went to work.

It was a busy day, she had lots of meetings.

She went home at 5 pm and helped her children with their homework.

They had dinner at 7 pm.

After dinner, she did some housework.

The children went to bed at 9 pm.

After the children fell asleep, she watched TV with her husband and went to sleep at midnight.  

Explications :

- cet article est très simple (ne sachant pas le niveau de difficulté et longueur souhaitée) mais il peut servir de base.

- n'hésite pas à l'étoffer si besoin.

- fais bien attention à tes verbes irréguliers (ex: fall -> fell)
